Zoe Paul, MD, MPH

I am delighted to be working at Bryant West Psychology as a NYS licensed Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist, available in person at our midtown offices and online throughout New York State to you, your child or adolescent, and family. You deserve care that honors your whole story in all its complexity, not just your symptoms. I will provide that care. I offer therapy and/or medication management with a warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned approach. My style blends psychodynamic understanding with evidence-based treatment and a deep respect for your lived experience.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, PTSD, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I also have a strong interest in supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, and am committed to creating an affirming space for all identities.

I studied medicine at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, where I simultaneously obtained a Master’s in Public Health. I completed my residency and my fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Morningside/West. I was honored to serve as Chief Fellow. My care is grounded in solid training and experience working with folks, just like you (or your child or adolescent), as well as my deep curiosity and compassion. I aim to help you find, develop or reconnect with your own voice.
