What Sets Us Apart

Supporting Teens and Their Families

Adolescence is a time of rapid emotional, social, and developmental change. Teens may struggle with anxiety, depression, academic pressure, identity exploration, emotional regulation, family conflict, social withdrawal, or self-esteem concerns. Parents often feel uncertain about how to help while maintaining connection and boundaries.

Our therapy services are integrative, relational, and trauma-informed. While psychodynamic understanding is foundational, we may also incorporate CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and practical coping strategies when clinically appropriate. Treatment is personalized to the unique needs of both the adolescent and their family system.

A Collaborative and Whole-Family Approach

We recognize that adolescent mental health concerns do not happen in isolation. Family relationships, school environments, social pressures, cultural experiences, and developmental factors all influence how teens experience and express distress.

As a collaborative group practice, our therapists, psychiatrists, and assessment clinicians consult regularly to provide connected and comprehensive care. When appropriate, psychotherapy may be coordinated with psychiatric support or psychological assessment services, including ADHD, learning disability, or autism spectrum evaluations.

We also work collaboratively with parents to help improve communication, emotional understanding, and support at home while creating space for teens to feel heard and understood.
