As a Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow at Bryant West Psychology, my practice is built on a foundation of curiosity, nonjudgment, and deep collaboration. I provide assessment and therapeutic services to a diverse community—including individuals of all racial, cultural, gender, and sexual identities—with a specialized commitment to providing culturally responsive care for immigrants, individuals with disabilities, and those navigating chronic health conditions.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I utilize a whole-person, biopsychosocial framework. My work spans a spectrum of psychiatric and neurodevelopmental concerns, helping clients find clarity through assessments that lead to actionable treatment plans. In therapy, I integrate evidence-based interventions—such as CBT, exposure and response prevention, and interpersonal therapies—to address the broad range of challenges my clients face, from managing relational dynamics and attachment difficulties to navigating life’s most significant transitions.
This clinical perspective is enriched by my own lived experience. Having walked the path of a patient advocate within the rare disease community and supported my immigrant parents through complex healthcare systems, I intimately understand the intersection of medical, emotional, and practical challenges. These experiences, alongside my professional background in oncology support, have shaped a perspective that is both technically rigorous and profoundly compassionate. I earned my Psy.D. from Capella University and completed my training across Colorado and Virginia, where I had the privilege of working with children, adults, Veterans, and military families. Ultimately, my goal is to create a space where your values and unique goals serve as the roadmap for our work together.
Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting, but you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I invite you to reach out and connect, so we can begin a collaborative journey toward healing, self-discovery, and greater resiliency. Together, we can build a path that honors where you have been and empowers who you are becoming.
