Hi, and welcome. I’m a NY and NJ Licensed Clinical Psychologist offering psychological assessment and psychotherapy for children (ages 3+), teens, families, and adults. I’ve trained in schools, clinics, and hospitals during my doctoral studies at Long Island University. My approach is primarily relational (connection-focused) and psychodynamic, with evidence-based skills woven in when helpful.

Through psychological assessment, I help clarify emotional concerns, learning differences, developmental delays, and forms of neurodivergence, such as Autism and ADHD. Testing explores how different parts of you or your child interact in ways that both support and challenge daily life. Though intensive, the process is clarifying and culminates in tailored feedback and documentation to support services and accommodations in school, college, or the workplace. Assessment can also complement other treatments, like psychotherapy, and provide insight into how to navigate the world more effectively based on your or your child’s unique brain style.

In psychotherapy, I meet children, teens, and adults struggling with behavioral outbursts, mood challenges, and life stressors. For children, therapy may take the form of play, imagination, and creativity. For parents, therapy can enhance your child’s coping and communication skills while also empowering you in your caregiving role. For teens and adults, it may invite deeper reflection, insight, and exploration of your relationships. I also believe that who we are—including our identities, values, and lived experiences—shapes how we navigate the world. I welcome and honor all aspects of you in our time together.

Whether in assessment or therapy, some moments we have may feel tender or challenging, as our process often invites vulnerability. In those times, we’ll partner together to ensure you or your child feels seen, supported, and better prepared to meet what life brings. To me, treatment isn’t about having all the answers, but about discovering what answers work for and with you. In connection, we find understanding. And in understanding, we find change. I’d be honored to walk alongside you or your child as we follow the threads of insight, healing, and growth—together.
