Cost of Assessment Services.

Typical out-of-network range
$1,800–$7,800

Covers the initial evaluation and interview, test administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and one or more feedback sessions.

Your cost depends on the complexity of the referral question and the time the assessment requires. After your intake session, your specialist will share their impressions and an approximate cost.

Some clinicians on our team are in-network for Aetna (Student and Commercial) and NYU Wellfleet; most assessment psychologists are out-of-network. If you need an in-network provider to help manage costs, we’ll accommodate you as soon as we have availability — which may be immediate.

For out-of-network care, we’ll work with you to set an affordable fee where possible and assist with billing your insurance company.

Please reach out to me directly by phone or email so that I can speak with you about your assessment needs, the costs involved, the role of insurance, and timelines. I’m here to ensure your assessment goes smoothly — and to set you up with the right Assessment Specialist for you or your child.
