I am a licensed psychologist who works with adults in individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. For over six years, I have helped older adolescents and adults of all ages overcome challenges and build richer, more fulfilling lives beyond their experiences with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, panic and phobias, work, relationship and family of origin conflict, as well as substance misuse, addictive, obsessive and compulsive behaviors, among the myriad of issues that might bring us into psychotherapy.

Therapy is a place where we can learn about ourselves, explore the challenges we face, and discover ways to build a richer and more meaningful life. I work alongside you to identify how we can shape our work to meet your individual needs by utilizing a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and integrating interventions from various other modalities, including somatic therapy, psychodynamic theory, cognitive processing therapy, and exposure and response prevention.

As a cognitive-behavioral therapist, I firmly believe in therapy's transformative power. Each moment of our lives leaves a lasting imprint on how we make sense of the world. In a safe, supportive space, our work will focus on collaboratively empowering you to understand how events and relationships from childhood and throughout your lifespan affect the way you see yourself, others, and the world. As our work progresses, you will learn new ways of engaging with the joys and sorrows of life that support a greater capacity to engage with what you care about most. Our work will focus on identifying qualities of life you find most important, navigating barriers preventing meaningful change, and discovering ways of engaging with each moment in the most meaningful ways.

A New York City native, I earned my master’s degree from Pacific University's Applied Psychological Science program in Beaverton, Oregon, my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from William James College in Boston, and completed my internship and postdoctoral year within the CBT training program of WellSpan Health. Through working in community mental health, college counseling, integrative medical settings, and within a group practice, I have had the pleasure of working with patients from a wide variety of racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds and across all aspects of the gender/sexuality spectrum.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step towards personal growth, and I am here to support you on this journey. I am committed to working alongside you to help you become the best version of yourself. Please feel free to contact me so we may begin a process of exploration, growth, and change that may deeply impact the quality of your experiences of yourself, your relationships, and your life.
